Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
The Pakistani government allows the use of compressed natural gas (CNG) as a transportation fuel to help reduce severe air pollution caused by diesel vehicles in the country.
A specification for CNG as automotive fuel is not available. However, the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) published a natural gas quality standard in June 2018 (see table below).
