Quality specifications

Gasoline sold on the market in Malaysia must follow the law on gasoline and diesel properties as stipulated by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources. These mandatory limits are also included in the national gasoline standards.

Those standards are authorized by the Petroleum and Gas Industry Standards Committee and developed by the Department of Standards Malaysia in consultation with the country’s Technical Committee on Petroleum Fuels.
