SGS INSPIRE does not have statistics on diesel production in Belarus per climatic grade. However, SGS INSPIRE analyzed information materials about diesel quality in winter in previous years, and it was noted that there was a lack of arctic diesel in the winter period due to the production of summer diesel fuel for export purposes. As of February 2022, the situation with export flows has changed and has still not stabilized, so it is hard to make any conclusions on the matter.
