SGS INSPIRE did not observe any noncompliances related to diesel quality. We reviewed the news from the State’s Control Committee, and noted that in 2016, several companies (Lukoil, Belarusneft) were involved in the underfilling of diesel fuel, which led to government fines.

In 2019, low-quality Russian oil with a high content of organochlorine substances was delivered to Belarusian refineries, but this did not affect the quality of the fuels. In subsequent years, there were no deviations in the quality control system or serious violations of the regulations.
