According to the Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise (EPSE), the current tariffs for fuels (in Ethiopian currency, birr, per liter per kilometer) apply for fuels used in trucks only. They differ if the trucks have trailers or not, and if they travel on paved roads or gravel roads.
