Conventional Gasoline
Danish Executive Order BEK no. on the quality of petrol, diesel oil and gas oil for use in motor vehicles requires that gasoline sold in the country complies with the annex to the Order. The annex mirrors the quality requirements set in the European Union’s (EU) Fuel Quality (FQD).
For more detailed specifications, fuel suppliers should refer to national gasoline standard DS/EN 228:2012+A1:2017 Automotive fuels – Unleaded petrol – Requirements and test methods. It sets the quality requirements for conventional gasoline grades E5 (allowed ethanol content up to 5% v/v) and E10.
See SGS INSPIRE’s fuel specification for more detailed information.
