Logistics and distribution

According to the Moroccan Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, fuel storage capacity in Morocco is estimated at 1.9 billion liters of liquid petroleum products in 2023. Fuels are imported mainly from ports in Mohammedia, Tanger Med, Jorf Lasfar, Nador, Agadir, TanTan, Laayoune and Dakhla.

The number of fuel stations in the country is approximately 3,350. The main suppliers include Afriquia, Vivo Energy and TotalEnergies. The figure below gives the breakdown of other fuel suppliers in Morocco.
