Bio-based diesel blends

The only diesel blended with biodiesel grade in the Chinese market is B5 (5% v/v biodiesel blended with 95% v/v conventional diesel); however, it is not considered a biodiesel blend since this is defined as diesel containing more than 7% v/v of biodiesel. As of April 2023, the Chinese government has not implemented any national biodiesel blends standard.

The Shanghai and Beijing municipalities, together with biodiesel producers, issued the B10 (10% v/v biodiesel blended with 90% v/v conventional diesel) biodiesel blend association standard, T/SFSF 000010-2020 in December 2020. However, this standard is not publicly available.
