Positive and negative list of feedstocks
There is a biofuel mandate of minimum 19% v/v of the total amount of liquid fuels sold per year. This target excludes biogas.
In addition, there is a minimum share of biofuels (produced from feedstocks in part A and B) of 12.5% v/v in road transport sector. The energy content of biofuels produced from part A and B feedstocks are double counted.
There are also a mandatory share of biofuels (produced from feedstocks in part A and B) of minimum
    •0.5% v/v of the total volume of liquid fuel sold per year in aviation sector. Military aircrafts are excluded
    •6% v/v of the total volume of liquid fuel sold per year in marine sector
    •10% v/v of the total volume of liquid fuel sold per year in off-road sector (excluding road, marine and aviation sectors)
