This section provides SGS INSPIRE’s projections for sulfur reduction and biofuels blending.
Timeline for sulfur reduction
Tunisia has already moved to 10 mg/kg sulfur content in gasoline, consequently SGS INSPIRE does not foresee any further sulfur reduction.
Timeline for biofuels blending
Due to the lack of governmental announcements and regulatory incentives for biofuels producers, SGS INSPIRE does not expect biofuels to be produced on a large scale in the next five years in Tunisia.
