Regulated parties

According to the Act on Amendments to the Law on Biofuels for Transport , the regulated parties relate to any distributors placing on the market diesel fuel or motor gasoline for the operation of motor vehicles which, under a specific law governing excise duties, is considered to be an excise payer, except for the AZU. AZU is the Hydrocarbon Agency which is is a legal entity with public authority established by the law governing the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, the market for petroleum and petroleum products.
