Non-compliance penalties

According to Environmental Management Act, the steering board of the Dutch emissions authority shall supervise a certification body that carries out independent audits on the sustainability system, for compliance with sustainability or greenhouse gas emissions saving criteria for biofuel and biofuel feedstocks. The steering board of the Dutch emissions authority must inform the sustainability system without delay, in the event of established non-compliance with the sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions saving criteria.
