Refineries

An analysis of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) records by SGS INSPIRE indicates that the following refineries are registered to handle off-road diesel. Being registered does not necessarily mean these refineries regularly produce, or even produce at all, off-road diesel. It’s important to note that production statistics are confidential. Furthermore, the Department of Energy collects production data based on sulfur content, rather than categorizing it by end use from refineries.
