Eurasia
The Eurasian region includes such countries as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The Trump administration’s 2024–2025 tariff measures have introduced new import duties that affect virtually all countries, with a focus on trade deficits and “reciprocal” tariff rates. In the next sections, detailed information on tariffs that affect automotive fuel and electric vehicles (EVs) and EV-related products for all of the countries of the region will be discussed.
