EU: extension of Regulation on CO₂ Emissions to include hydrogen and emerging technologies

The EU Commission has proposed a draft regulation on the determination of CO₂ emissions and fuel consumption for heavy-duty vehicles, which introduced a methodology, including vehicles powered by hydrogen and other emerging technologies.
