Brazil: technical feasibility tests for 30% ethanol/gasoline blend conducted

The Mauá Institute of Technology (IMT), accredited by the Brazilian government and selected by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, is responsible for testing the increase of anhydrous fuel ethanol content in the gasoline blend. The IMT is conducting tests to evaluate the technical feasibility of increasing the blend of anhydrous fuel ethanol to 30% v/v from the current 27% v/v in regular gasoline grade (RON 93) during January and February 2025.
