EU: CEN task force E10+ meeting held in Spring 2025

The European Committee for Standardization (CEN) develops and defines voluntary standards at the European level, helping to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of products, services and processes across various sectors. CEN consists of working groups (WGs), with WG 21 focusing on unleaded gasoline derived from petroleum products, biofuels and related mixtures.

In 2022, CEN established Task Force (TF) E10+ under WG21 to build consensus on technical requirements for an E10+ ethanol blend gasoline fuel specification.
