The government has issued Resolution No. 1119 of July 28, 2025 on changes that are introduced into the methodology for calculating export customs duties on certain categories of goods produced from oil, which amends Resolution No. 276 of March 29, 2013 on the calculation of export customs duty rates on crude oil and certain categories of goods produced from oil, and on the recognition of certain decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation as invalid.
