New Zealand’s gasoline specification under the , does not set any limits for other oxygenates.
Some gasoline samples taken from 2011-2022 contained N-Methylaniline (NMA) which is also used as an octane enhancer agent, even though the specification does not regulate the addition of NMA or other aniline compounds.
