Washed gum values averaged 1.2 mg/100 ml during 2011-2022, below the maximum regulatory limit of 5 mg/100 ml. One sample was above this value, reaching a high of 6.0 mg/100 ml in July 2022 in La Paz province.

Unwashed gum values averaged 6.6 mg/100 ml, below the maximum limit proposed by gasoline category 3 of the Worldwide Fuel Charter (WWFC) classification of 30 mg/100 ml. One sample was above this recommended value, reaching a high of 193.6 mg/100 ml in July 2022 in La Paz province.
