EPA oxygenates in gasoline test results

The EPA test numbers show compliance with RFG oxygen content requirements. RFG producers must fully account for the oxygenate blended with reformulated gasoline blendstock for blending (RBOB). However, producers of conventional gasoline do not have such an obligation. Therefore, the low oxygenate content in the test results for conventional gasolines shown below does not fully reflect the actual oxygenate content of conventional gasoline.
