The policy sets a target for 30% of all new vehicles sold to be electric by 2030, increasing to 90% by 2040 and reaching 100% by 2060.To support this transition, the government introduced a PKR 100 billion (USD 353 million) subsidy program over the next five years for electric two- and three-wheelers.
