This standard, which officially defines E10 as conventional gasoline containing 8–12% v/v of denatured fuel ethanol. It will come into effect on July 1, 2026.The development of this new standard was initiated and overseen by the National Energy Administration and jointly drafted by the Sinopec Petrochemical Research Institute and the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) Petrochemical Research Institute.Under GB 18351-2025, four fuel grades are specified:•RON 89 E10 (VIB)•RON 92 E10 (VIB)•RON 95 E10 Contact us for full access
