PVOil covers Hanoi and Hai Phong, and Petrolimex focuses on Ho Chi Minh City.This was carried out in preparation for the nationwide switch to E10, planned for January 2026, about eight years later than the original target of December 2017. While the government E10 mandate covers both RON 92 and RON 95 grades, the E10 pilot only involves E10 RON 95.
