Ukraine: draft resolution on approval of the technical regulation on requirements for alternative motor fuels published

On August 1, 2025, a Draft Resolution on approval of the Technical Regulation on Requirements for Motor Alternative Fuels in Ukraine was published on the website of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.

In addition to the Technical Regulation (TR), the draft resolution contains an approval for amendments to the list of products that are subject to market surveillance activities, as stated in the Resolution On approval of the list of types of products for which state market surveillance bodies carry out state market surveillance of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from December 28, 2016 No 1069.
