Alternative gasoline

The South African Bureau of Standards published the standard SANS 465:2018, setting the specifications of fuel ethanol to be used as a blending component for automotive fuel for spark ignition engines, excluding aviation applications, at a blending rate that does not exceed 10% v/v, and in accordance with the requirements of SANS 1598 (standard for gasoline specifications).
