Although the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) engages in frequent review of fuel quality across the value chain, the amount of data that the agency publishes on quality enforcement efforts is limited. Although the EPA does release yearly survey data of gasoline quality in country, it does not do so for diesel. As such, no publicly available data on diesel quality (at the federal level) exists.
