Aniline and its derivatives have also been found in gasohol in Peru, from 2014 to 2022. Their use is still high.

The average for aniline content during 2022 has been 7 mg/kg in the samples where it was detected. Regarding its derivatives, sum 2-/3-/4-Methylaniline content averaged 12 mg/kg and sum 2-/3-/4-Ethylaniline averaged 10 mg/kg in 2022. The maximum value of total content of aniline and its derivatives was found in Lima (195 mg/kg in July 2020).
