Biofuels sustainability

The sustainability criteria are ruled by the Energy Code, Articles L281-1 to L-281-13, relating to the sustainability and greenhouse gas emission saving criteria for biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels. It transposed the requirements set by the EU Renewable Energy Directive (EU) 2018/2001 (RED II).
