Quality monitoring
In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Cabinet Resolution No. (21) of 2015 set the foundation for fuel quality monitoring in the country. Under the resolution, fuels sold in the UAE must have a certificate of conformity, which confirms the compliance of products with the current specifications. The government carries out sampling, and testing is done by approved laboratories. However, the resolution does not mention the frequency of the sampling and testing, and no test results are made public.
