Imports
Demand for renewable diesel in the U.S. has outstripped domestic production capacity, leading to the importation of 13% of its total consumption, which amounts to 6 million barrels. The primary source of these imports is Singapore, accounting for 95% of the total, followed by Finland and the Netherlands, which contribute 3% and 2% of the total imports respectively.
