Possible Short-Term Outlook for E15 Sales
SGS INSPIRE expects that the RVP waiver will continue in the coming years, and the infrastructure allowing E15 will also increase steadily. This is why we expect a growth in E15 use in the U.S. The increase estimation is shown in the figure below:

The RFA estimates that on the federal level, E15 sales reached 280 million gallons (1,060 million liters) in 2018, with the ethanol content of 42 million gallons (159 million liters). With the RVP waiver and the upgrades of the infrastructure, this number could increase up to 700 million gallons (2,650 million liters) in 2019, an increase of up to 150%, according to SGS INSPI
