United States: overview of the EPA's fuels regulation streamlining proposal

This report aims to provide a preliminary overview of some of the key elements of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new proposed rule setting up a more streamlined fuel regulatory framework, and identify potential impacts of the proposal.
