Retail price
Bahrain’s Ministry of Oil and Environment (previously the National Oil and Gas Authority) regulates and publishes fuel prices.
The retail prices of RON 91 and RON 95 were last revised in January 2018. As of September 9, 2024, the retail price of RON 91 was Bahraini dinar (BHD) 0.140 (USD 0.369) per liter, and that of RON 95 was BHD 0.200 (USD 0.527) per liter.
According to the Ministry of Oil and Environment, RON 98 is sold at an unfixed price following global fuel prices and is not linked to RON 91 and RON 95 grades. A panel of representatives from the ministry and Bapco Energies reviews the price of the RON 98 grade regularly.
