•In October 2018, the Mongolia Agency for Standard Metrology (MASM) implemented the latest diesel specification, MNS 0216:2017, and introduced diesel grades K3, K4 and K5, which are equivalent with Euro 3, Euro 4 and Euro 5 enabling diesel quality
