Subsidies

Gasoline sold in Iraq is indirectly subsidized by the government. This means that its prices are lower than in other countries globally.

The Kurdistan Regional Government does not provide any special price structure for vulnerable citizens. However, fuel prices in the Kurdistan region differ depending on the location. Typically, gasoline sold in fuel stations where vulnerable citizens buy their fuel is usually cheaper than elsewhere.
