Data from the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) showed that Iraq’s refineries produced 70,700 b/d (25.81 million barrels) of gasoline in 2020, a decline from 84,900 b/d (30.99 million barrels) in 2019.

However, gasoline consumption in 2020 was 119,400 b/d (43.58 million barrels), a reduction of 18% from 2019. The figure below shows production and consumption of gasoline in Iraq from 2016 to 2020.
