Asia
At present, most countries in Asia and Oceania are implementing Euro 4 equivalent emission standards, with some already at either Euro 5 or Euro 6 equivalent emission standards. Some countries, such as Australia and Thailand aim to implement Euro 5 equivalent emission standards in 2024. Other countries, such as Indonesia, have not announced their timeline for tightening emissions regulations. However, their fuel quality specifications indicate plans for future improvements.
