Case study: high-octane gasoline

Compared to the other regions in the world, Europe and slowly also the CIS region are using gasoline with one of the highest octane ratings - RON 95. For the past few years, SGS has found gasoline grade RON 100 in Europe and in CIS, in countries such as Belarus, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Moldova, Russia, and Germany. Russia, Belarus, Austria, Romania, and Bulgaria are the major gasoline suppliers in the aforementioned countries.
