Octane

SGS INSPIRE noted that there was some noncompliance with the RON number in the EU and Western Balkans region. They were observed in the EU in cases of low aromatics, olefins, or benzene content (in the UK). The figure below indicates the noncompliance in relation to the grade RON 98.
